The Venezuelan songwriter Carlos Baute caused an authentic sales phenomenon by his song Colgando en tus manos. He thought that “nobody would be interested in this theme because it is a personal one and his autobiography. Indeed he didn`t even want to include it in this new cd”.
However, at the end the 36 years old artist expressed that “at the end the authors are not right” which confirm the 40 millions of visitors that this song registered in YouTube and the 270.000 legal downloads.
Baute is friend and admirer of collegues of the music scene and compatriots like Ricardo Montaner, who wrote the song Resumiendo for him, and Franco DeVita, with whom he identifies a lot and plays soccer when being in Madrid.Â
