this is the moment to enjoy international art in Costa Rica in the most important cultural event to be celebrated starting 18^th of March till the first of April. During this international event there will be concerts of Fito Páez, Gilberto Santa Rosa and Ismael Serrano as well as presentations of the Odin Theatre, the National Ballet of Spain and the Company of Peter Brook de Switzerland.

Yesterday its organizers announced that the FIA program includes 115 presentations of 53 foreign artists and groups. 63 Costa Rican artists will also take part in this event amongst whom we can count on the National Dancing Company, Son de Tikizia and the National Symphony Orchestra.

On 19^th of March the first event of inauguration will be performed with the participation of Ismael Serrano, Luis Eduardo Aute and Rosario Flores.The National Symphony Orchestra will honor the legend Star Wars by music, presentations and special effects.

A longtime awaited concert will be performed by Argentino Fito Páez on Saturday 27^th and the big final will be on 28^th with Salsa Sinfónica by Gilberto Santa Rosa and the Youth Symphony Orchestra.Furthermore, you will have the pleasure to enjoy the theatre plays of Dualia and The Legend.

On 18^th of March the National Ballet of Spain will perform.Also the renowned dancer María Pages with a brilliant track in Spain and the rest of the world will be present. She will present the performance Flamenco Republic.

The theatre Mélico Salazar was selected for two of the coproductions between national and international artists. One of the presentations will be the Altarpiece of Maese Pedro which will be presented by the legendary puppet company Tia Nórica de Cádiz and the Symphony Orchestra of Heredia.

This festival will also be presented in the provinces:In Alajuela from 18^th till 28^th of March including the participation of Calipsonian of Belice and the company L´Explose of Colombia.

In Limón FIA will present concerts from 25^th till 28^th of March incluyendo groups like Garífunas, Reyes Ballenatos and five Costa Rican music groups.
